Rohlik is a leading European grocery retailer. Already operating in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Germany and Romania.

Salary 1700-2200€ per month;
Work 8/10/12 hours a day;
Official employment;
Accommodation 5500-6500 CZK/month;
m. Prague (Severni 253, 252 19 Chrástany), Ostrava.

💳 Salary

Average salary: 1700-2200€ per month.

140-190 CZK/hour (depending on the position).

Advance payment of 2000 CZK every week.
Salary from the 25th to the 31st, every month for the previous month worked.
There are standards. For failure to meet the standard, hours are deducted (80% of people meet the standards).
For exceeding the standard, a bonus is awarded (30% of people exceed the standards).

⏰ Job schedule

Work 8/10/12 hours;
6:30-19:00, 9:00-22:00, 11:30-00:00;
5-6 working days a week (if desired, you can work every day);
Average number of working hours per month: 250-300.

📜 Responsibilities

Picking and packing retail grocery orders;
Working with a scanner (you can master the scanner in 20 minutes, it is in Ukrainian).

🏠 Accommodation

provided by the employer;
5500-6500 CZK/month;
workers live in hostels, houses, apartments;
good conditions, 2-3 people live in the room;
there are separate rooms for couples (price 14,000-15,000 CZK);
there is everything you need for life and rest, WI-FI, refrigerator;

getting to work: by public transport.

Additional conditions

Temperature in sectors!
Vegetables, fruits: +10-12 degrees;
Dairy products: +5-8 degrees;
Meat products: +2-4 degrees.
Medical examination - 500 CZK.
There is a smell of food.
You must have shoes with a protective toe (we buy and deduct from the salary). The company provides vests! People can wear what is most comfortable for them.
