💳 Salary

Average salary: 1400$/month.
Base rate: 147 CZK gross/hour.
You can take 2 advances after 5 and 15 worked shifts in the amount of 2000 CZK. Salary until the 20th.

🤝 Bonuses

Additional payments:
Attendance bonus 2000 CZK.
Surcharge for overtime work in the morning, afternoon and night shifts during the week is 25% of the average earnings.
Surcharge for overtime work on Saturdays and Sundays is 50% of the average earnings.
Surcharge for work at night (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM): 10% of the average earnings.
Surcharge for work on Saturdays and Sundays is 10% of the average earnings
Surcharge for work on a public holiday on non-working days is 100% of the average earnings.
Surcharge for work on a public holiday is 150% of the average earnings (i.e. 50% on top).
3 CZK/hour for work near the ovens.
3 CZK/hour for work in the warehouse in the period November-February.

⏰ Job schedule

8 hours/day (7.5 hours of work);
3 shifts: morning, afternoon, night;
overtime on weekends is possible.

📜 Responsibilities

Production operator: assembly of air conditioner parts, fans and air conditioners for cars.
Warehouse worker: warehousing and storage of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation

provided by the employer free of charge;
accommodation in dormitories in Frýdek-Místek;
good conditions, 2-3 people per room;
everything necessary for life and rest, WI-FI, refrigerator;
married couples live together (separate room);
if you live in your own accommodation - you are entitled to an additional payment in the form of a bonus to your salary of 3,000 CZK, if you do not use a travel pass (use your own car, for example) - you are entitled to an additional payment of 500 CZK per month;
Getting to work by public transport with 1 transfer takes up to an hour (the cost of travel tickets is 1,500 CZK, of which 500 is covered by the agency and 1,000 is deducted from the salary).

Additional conditions

The plant has a canteen where you can buy lunch at a discounted price. The lunch limit is 1,200 CZK/month and is set on the plant card. With this card you can use the canteen or buy food from the refrigerated cabinet.
